Atlantix Global Systems subsidiary AO Communications continues to experience growth. Plans to open a larger facility in Southaven, MS are finalized.

By increasing product offerings, AO Communications continues to search for qualified people.

Southaven, MS – There are times in every successful company’s growth where finding qualified employees is always a challenge.  In January 2008,  AO Communications committed to implementing an aggressive growth strategy.  Now that they first quarter is completed, the numbers are in and it is evident that their hard work is paying off. “We knew that we had the management team to execute the plan that was created. Without their persistence and commitment to generate success we wouldn’t be where we are today,” stated John O’Hara, President for AO Communications.

AO Communications www.aocomm.com specializes in Nortel installations and the maintenance of VOIP and SMB. Their product portfolio includes Norstar, BCM and Data Solutions.  While the products and services that they offer have expanded, the need for functional space and qualified employees had increased.  “We consider this to be a great situation.  The fact that we are growing organically supports the initiatives we have set in place,” claimed Todd Leonard, Vice President Sales and Operations for AO Communications.  Now that the management team, sales strategies, and best practices are in place, AO Communications understands the need to expand.

AO currently occupies 3,500 square feet of office space in Memphis, TN. The plans to relocate to Southaven, MS have been finalized, and the move will take place in April 2008. AO currently has twelve employees and plans to expand to twenty in the immediate future.
