Jay Staples

Jay Staples joined Atlantix in 2003 as Assistant General Counsel and was promoted to General Counsel in 2005 because of his unquestioned integrity. His overall responsibilities include advising Atlantix executives and employees on legal matters including commercial contracts, employment matters, litigation, and corporate compliance.

Jay advices the Atlantix team in planning transactions and taking other business initiatives.

Jay is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and holds a J.D. from Georgia State University and a B.A. from The University of Tennessee.
