Lesley Davis

Lesley Davis joined Atlantix Global Systems in 2007. Lesley is head of Human Resources and Benefits for Atlantix Worldwide Headquarters. She oversees all U.S. HR matters such as employee recruiting, training, workforce planning and benefits.

Lesley also ensures Atlantix is compliant with current HR processes and procedures, troubleshoots employee benefit discrepancies, works closely with recruiting agencies to ensure quality candidates, and actively involved with employee relations.

Lesley began in HR in 1998 in New Jersey and holds advanced training in Benefits and Human Resources. She studied business administration at The University of Maryland, Eastern Shore.
